Botanical covering arrangements such as trees are today in use for hiding nakedness. These arrangements tend to restrict the mobility of the user severely, in particular during hunting, shopping, etc. With the present invention is provided a portable covering device comprising one or more leaves, such as a plurality of fig leaves jointed to form an apron, and the use thereof to cover at least parts of the naked body of mammals, primarily of human beings.
