Speedier patents in Canada

The way has been paved for a significantly speedier processing in Canada if certain requirements are met

The Danish Patent and Trademark Office has entered into an agreement with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office about PPH, the so-called Patent Prosecution Highway. This agreement which Denmark has also signed with Japan, the USA and Korea means that the applicant has the opportunity to request speedier processing if the Danish Patent and Trademark Office has already found corresponding patent claims to be patentable.
