Application procedureAfter filing a utility model application, the Danish Patent and Trademark Office will check that the application complies with formalities. A request for examination may be filed at any time during the term of the utility model. Registration procedures will usually be completed within three or four months from the filing date and subsequently the utility model will be registered and published.
