Copyright is mainly applied in connection with artistic or literary works, but also e.g. with computer programs. No registration is necessary in order to obtain protection. The duration of the copyright is 70 years from the decease of the artist. In Denmark copyright is managed by The Danish Ministry of Culture. The mark © characterises products protected by copyright.
